Returns & Refunds Policy
At Squish Haven, we carefully inspect and package every squishy before shipment. Due to the collectible and limited-edition nature of many of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Any tags, packaging, or accessories must be included.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Opened mystery bundles or blind-box items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited-edition collectibles once opened

  • Items damaged through normal use, misuse, or improper storage

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after it has been approved.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product.
